We can start you off from the very beginning (including teardown of old home if needed) with pre-construction services including finding a home plan to suit your property and desires, providing an estimate to build, and discussing schedule and time to build.

We then hire and oversee all trades over the course of construction and meet with you regularly to discuss all steps of the build. We do frequent quality checks on all work and ensure each phase passes all municipal and provincial inspection requirements.

From completion of your home, we provide a 2-5-10 builders warranty.
